• Check-in from 15:00 to 00:00

• At the time of booking 50% of the total reservation cost will need to be made via a bank transfer within 3 working days. In case of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable.

House Rules

• Smoking is not allowed.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Parties/events are not allowed.
• Guests under 18 years old can only check in when accompanied by their parent or their legal guardian.
• We may request a copy of your photo ID or passport upon booking or arrival.
• Pay attention to the quiet hours which are between 15:00-17:30 and 23:00-07:00. This is a quite residential area, please respect the neighbors and try not to make any loud noises.
• We provide complimentary coffee and a few other this to welcome you, we don't restock them or provide any meals.
• Please do not dispose toilet paper, sanitary napkins or any other item into the toilet bowl, use the relevant bin instead. Greece is not equipped with proper sewage systems and this will cause clogging which is not pleasant for anyone!
• ECO. Please make sure all doors and windows are closed when using the AC and always remember to switch off lights, appliances and the heater before you leave the apartment.
• Rubbish disposal. Please take out the rubbish daily and use the green collection bins in the neighborhood. You can use the blue ones for recycle.

Health Measures

• We have modified the duration of the check-in and check-out times by 15pm and 11am accordingly so that the suites can be thoroughly cleaned, disinfected and aired out through natural ventilation
• We strictly follow all the necessary hygiene measures concerning the cleaning and disinfection of the suite's areas and room in accordance with the instructions of Greece's public health organisation.
• All key cards are disinfected before and after their use by our guests
• We have reinforced the cleanliness of all areas as well as the door handles and switches
